Pink Wednesday ~ China Glaze 108 Degrees

Hey dolls! For all of my new followers, welcome to my little corner of the blogosphere! Its Pink Wednesday already, which is great news because I'm looking forward to the long weekend.

Today I have for you China Glaze 108 Degrees from the Island Escape collection. This is a super shimmery magenta that's full of glass flecked pink and purple micro glitter. As I was applying, I kept thinking...man, this is really pretty! 108 Degrees has a jelly consistency, so I had to use 3 coats to eliminate most of the visible nail line (VNL). I love how long the brushes are on ChG polishes...my nail beds are really long, so it helps with application. The formula was very easy to use and to layer. On to the pics...

I didn't want to add anything to this shade with stamping...the color is just so pretty on its own. I keep looking at my nails and wanting something sweet. Maybe its just me, but I love when my polish reminds me of sweet treats. I've heard that this color is very similar to OPI's Be A Dahlia Won't You from their latest Nice Stems Collection. I don't have both, so I can't make a comparison.

Do you have Be A Dahlia Won't You??? How does it compare to 108 Degrees???
