Major WOW! I never have seen this brand in person - only on blogs and on rare occasions I will see it on eBay. This is a really petty combo. The base shade reminds me a bit of Zoya's Marina that takes to light over lays really well!
I recently ran into Kleancolors in a random dollar store, I'm so happy to have Holo Purple and Bluebell. I admit that the smell is really, really awful. However, I have a bunch of non-holos from the brand and they don't smell nearly as bad.

This one is more like a duochrome, but you definitely need a holo. Some affordable ones are by Milani. My fav holo is OPI DS Signature.

I haven't used this one again, mainly because of the smell. Maybe I'll try some others from the brand.
