Pink Wednesday ~ China Glaze Caribbean Temptation

Hey dolls, excuse the lateness of this post, but I had the toughest time trying to capture the duochrome in this pretty polish I'm wearing today. After showing my pink stash here, reader Anouk requested to see China Glaze Caribbean Temptation. This polish could be ChG Reggae to Riches' (see post here) pink sister. They are very similar. Caribbean Temptation is a pink duochrome with flashes of purple and blue. It applied like a dream and there were no formula issues. My biggest problem was trying to capture the duochrome beauty. I used two coats.

I normally wouldn't have included this last picture, but it shows a little bit of the blue in this shade. Believe me it's much more visible in real life. Here is the link to a picture that shows the duochrome better than I could. We've made it halfway through the week and I'm extremely ready for the weekend! Happy polishing dolls!

I really like this one and 108 degrees, plus Reggae to Riches. All fall into my fav hue ranges of fuchsias/magenta. My Sally's was wiped out of this shade ASAP as they were most of the Island Collection. I need to track down a 2nd bottle of it as I have used it to do friends toes with who wanted pink but were not adventuresome enough for 108 or Reggae to Riches!!!
