Hey dolls, after using Zoya Tallulah as an accent in my cloud mani, I just knew I had to wear this shade as a full mani. Tallulah is a bright, cobalt blue that's filled with an awesome light blue shimmer. The formula was amazing and was completely opaque with two coats.

You are so on time with this blue...my prediction is that Beyonce's post baby pics with the blue nails is about to start a bit of a trend...for a few weeks at least.
Blue is one of those shades that never goes out of style in my book. Off to go search for that Beyonce pic...lol
