Hey dolls, I have another gorgeous Barielle shade to show you. Blackened Bleu looks just like its name; a gorgeous, shimmery sapphire blue that is speckled with black. Although the formula is relatively sheer, I achieved this level of opacity with two coats. The polish seemed to drag a little when applying the second coat, so I would advise waiting a few minutes in between coats. Because of the dragging, I have what appears to be tipwear in the photos below, but it was not very noticeable in real life.
The shimmer in Blackened Bleu is absolutely gorgeous and it sets it apart from a lot of the other blues that I have! I would like to try this over black to see if it deepens the depth of the shade.
Do you have Blackened Bleu? Do you layer it?
Barielle products can be purchased here for $8 and they are usually buy one get one half off.

I always go back and forth on buying this whenever I make a Barielle purchase, usually going with not getting it. I think you've convinced me to get it.
I was exactly the same way! I think it's worth it.
So glad to see this swatch. So many times I was ready to order this shades and I had pulled it off my shopping cart before submitting always thinking it would be another black that only I knew had 'stuff' in it. Now I know next Barielle order I put in, I am getting this one. It's a beauty.
Glad you like it!
