Hey dolls! This week's winner with 44% of the votes is an oldie - China Glaze Rain Storm. Rain Storm is a cornflower blue with silver shimmer and subtle blue micro glitter from the 2010 Rainbow of Hope collection. The formula was not problematic, but it was extremely sheer. I used 3 coats of Rain Storm over one coat of Essie Marshmallow.
Rain Storm is so gorgeous! I only wish it wasn't so sheer. Typically this would go on my swap list simply because of the sheerness, but the color payoff makes it a keeper. Rain Storm is unique to my stash, so it's not going anywhere!

I think you'd like it if you want to deal with the sheerness. Btw...I'm sure you could put your own spin on the reader's choice idea. :)
sheer = jelly .... makes for great glitter layering ;)
It doesn't really have that squishy jelly formula, but very good point! You know I love a jelly sandwich.

Heh, heh...coming in the way I did from a Google search to your blog did not leave the Monday survey results graphed across the top of your blog as it has been - yet I still have the 'other' problems I wrote to you about the links going to Forever 21 for the day's blog title as well as your blog name as well.
I've seen some people use 4 coats and it still looks similar to this.
