Cute combo! I need to invest an an A-line skirt!
I am just going to be tossing about 5 A line skirts (and a couple pencil skirts) because my life changed drastically and I don't have anywhere to wear clothing that is anything more than a rare summer dress, jeans and a few pairs of slacks...the rest of my wardrobe is all sports/casual wear. If I wore a A or Pencil skirt now where I live running errands = to appointments, i would look like I was trying way too hard to be over the top...kind of sad...it's all gotten so casual now and esp on the left coast and in semi rural to rural areas. No one dresses up for anything anymore - even those who work for banking or legal don't dress up and casual Friday is all week work wear now. Guess it will all save me $.

Aww sorry to hear that. Sometimes it's nice just to dress for yourself though. Forget what others think.
