After having a failed attempt with China Glaze's Crushed Candy crackle a few days ago (see pics HERE), I decided to try out another turquoise shade from CG. Since Crushed Candy almost looked like regular polish, I figured this was a great opportunity to try out the beloved For Audrey. I've had this color for awhile and I'm not quite sure what took me so long to try it out. For Audrey is a beautiful shade of tiffany blue that was easy to apply. I did not have any problems with the formula. The polish was actually opaque with 1 coat, but I always feel like I need 2 unless I'm in a rush. Just looking at it and the bib necklaces above just make me want to watch Breakfast at Tiffany's. Here are some pics...

For Audrey is just a dreamy shade of blue. I will definitely be wearing this again and again. Friday was my last day of school (yay...the kiddies are out for summer vacay!!!), so I decided to take For Audrey up a bit by adding a little sparkle. In comes Sinful Colors Nail Junkie. My elementary's school color is teal, so Nail Junkie was the perfect addition for a little bling. Nail Junkie is a teal jelly base thats packed with gold, blue, green, and silver glitter. Perfect mani to show my school pride! :)

How do you feel about layering polishes? I always like to add something to a day old mani...it lets me try out a new color and also gives a totally different vibe. For Audrey alone is very demure and sophisticated...Nail Junkie makes it a party! Happy polishing dolls!!!

This is gorgeous, and as I have both those colors I may copy and use that pairing!
