Up next is Buddha-ful. Its described as a beige with soft baby pink, blue, and light gray foil. When I first looked at this shade online, I didn't know that it was really a layering polish. The base is somewhat thick and milky and it shows on the nail with iridescent green and blue flakies. I stopped at 3 coats with this shade and there was still some VNL (visible nail line). It could probably be built up to full opacity with a few more coats if you wanted to wear this alone, but 3 is my max with any polish. Buddha-ful did dry relatively quickly though. Here it is alone...
Eh...I'm not a fan of this alone. I then decided to layer it on top of Positive ZEN-ergy to see if I would like it more as accents on the ring finger and thumb.
This is much better! I'm not generally a fan of flakies, but I like the way this looks together. I think with some careful planning, you could create some really good combos using Buddha-ful as a layering polish. Overall, I'm really a fan of this collection. I think the names are cute and the colors chosen are cohesive. My top picks are Gotta Have Fate, Do Unto Others, and Soul-er Powered. Because the folks over at Barielle are so awesome, I have an extra bottle of Soul-er Powered to give away to one lucky person who comments on this post. All you need to do is tell me your favorite shade from this collection and you must be a public follower. You have until Sunday, July 31 at midnight to leave your comments and then a random winner will be chosen. Happy polishing dolls!

Hmm...I'm torn. I'm really loving Gotta Have Fate, but Soul-er Powered and Positive Zen-ergy may just be calling my name louder;) This is a great collection with lots of great colors though!
I can't wait to get mine in the mail! I haven't tried this collection yet but I really love Soul-er Powered. I've had my eye on that baby for a while.
I really like this! Positive Zen-ergy would be my favorite... I love greens! :) Great post!
I think Gotta Have Fate is my favorite but Do Onto Others and Positive ZEN-ergy are close behind. Great post and blog!
I love positive Zen energy :) such a nice colour. I'm like u... I love the Buddha ful one but I never apply more than 2 or 3 coats so there would be no point for me! Thanks for the post :)
I like Welcome OHM the best so far. I've got 2 more to try.
I'm dying over here for Buddha Ful!! i didn't even hear about it till i saw it here!
I have to say buddha-ful is my favorite, it looks amazing! I'd love to see it over a dark color...
I'm on a blue/teal kick so my favorite is Do Unto Others!
I just placed an order with Barielle last night! I've never tried their polishes. My favourite from this collection is Do Unto Others.
Love the layering!
Budda ful and I am following your blog!!!!!!
My favorite is Soul-er Powered. It's so pretty!
Soul-er Powered is my fav! I have Buddha-ful coming. I love flakies!
Positive ZEN-ergy is gorgeous. I think it's my favorite out of all of them. Can't go wrong with green.
<3 Buddha-ful. I'm in love with layering polishes.
Buddha-ful seems like it'd be really nice over some springy pastels or dark colors but not so much on the in between colors. My favorite color overall from this collection is Gotta Have Fate. I'm a sucker for corals and this one looks lovely.
Its so hard to choose just one, they are all so cute! Love the two together!!
Do Unto Others would have to be my fave!!
I really am into Budda-ful - I had been looking for a flaky that had the blue/green to it - something similar to NfuOh #39. This suits that bill great and lots easier to access as well as cheaper. I have added quite a few of the colors from Barielle this year to my collection. Most have been random picks as there are not many swatches on line that I find. I think they have great products. They are my go to nail treatment of choice - their Nail Strengthening Cream - beyond FAB (but it in the tub - you will use it and better price point than the tube is)...and then my all time fav nail oil is Barielle Intensive Nail Renewal. I used to use these 2 treatment products separate until a few months ago read on the Barielle site the two here I talk about are meant to be used together! They work GREAT together for a before bed routine. My nails GROW and GROW, are strong, don't peal. The BOGO on polish shades with Barielle is always a good thing to me too! Maybe some day I will have all the shades..but I am liking their most recent spring/summer 2011 additions. Like they are starting to finally really branch out...though they have some great metallics and one GREAT black with red sparkle I adore!
I am so glad I found your blog! Your nails are gorgeous! I love this polish it's a lovely green :)
I really like both Soul-er Powered and Gotta Hve Fate. But I love yellow and don't believe in fate. So I choose Soul-er Powered. I've never tried Barielle before but now I'm intrigued.
buddha-ful is my fave :)
Ohh....those flakies!! I definitely love Buddha-ful the best of this collection. And putting it over Positive ZEN-ergy was GENIUS--I've been staring at your nails for about ten minutes now, just admiring...they look like a shimmering aquamarine.
Super awesome post!
Do Unto Others! These look awesome on you, though! <3
Ooh I totally need a good yellow. Thanks!!
I think my fav from this collection would be the one you blogged about, Positive Zen-ergy. I love pretty greens. My second choice would be Gotta Have Fate cause I'm on a coral trip lately.
I like the polish combo you did!
Do Unto Others and Welcome-OHM are my faves! I can't even pick between the two. This is a really nice collection!
Thanks to all of you for entering and I'm glad you enjoyed my pics of the collection!
