Behold the lemon accent nail. Zoya Creamy was used for the lighter yellow, a white SH nail art pen for the lines and Sinful Colors Let's Meet for the lemon peel. This was easy enough for my minimal nail art talent and I think it came out pretty cute. It makes me want a sprite...even though I haven't had a soda in over 5 yrs (other than the occasional ginger ale when sick). I don't think I've ever worn yellow and green together, but making the board above has inspired an outfit for the week! I decided to only do the lemon as an accent nail because I wanted Zoya Apple to be the star. This is such a pretty, shimmery green. It looks awesome out in the sunlight. It applied in 2 easy coats, with the usual awesome Zoya formula. Here's Apple by itself.

I like your version better! The base is pretty too. (:
I love your mani! It's so pretty!
Wow, beautiful! :-)
Thanks ladies! I'm really trying to improve my nail art. :)
eee! this is soo cute! i must try this accent! lol
I love it...and like you - me being major low on the nail art ability, I think I might be able to do this one too, but for the fact I have no yellow cream polish. But I am a proud owner of Zoya Apple, which for those of you who don't know...is from the absolutely FAB Zoya summer 2011 Sunshine collection. There is not a dog in the 6 bottle group. Everyone is a summer shinning stunner! No glitter to scrub off - these are all flecks. My fav is Kimmy a red/orange. I am sporting the golden orange/yellow one from the collection right now called Tanzy and might have to try doing an accent with a lime vs. your lemon!
@Pretty...I hope you try it...I'll be watching your blog for pics!
@beachgal...I absolutely love Zoya shimmers. I have 5 of the colors from the Sunshine Collection and I love them all. Please try the lime...cant wait to see it!
Beachgal...do you have a blog??? If so please share or you can share pics on my fb page!
