The Last of the Stash

As promised, here is the last of my stash that is swatched onto nail wheels. Since starting this series, I didn't really buy many polishes until the last two weeks. I found the Foiled Color Club set at Ross and couldn't resist it since I don't own many foils. That's neither here nor there though...this post is pretty lengthy, so let's get started with the grays and blacks.

Zoya Dove is one of my most favorite grays ever! Avon Matte Grey Cement was actually my first matte polish last year. I picked up WnW Purple Potion on a random trip to Walgreens, not even realizing its a dupe for Night Prowl, so I swapped that one. I'm most looking forward to wearing Essie Power Clutch from this color group.

I've already said that Zoya Gretchen is my most favorite nude ever! After wearing Barielle Make it a Latte recently, that's now my favorite brown. Loreal Owl's Night takes the cake for one of the most unique in this color family. I'm looking forward to wearing Color Club Nouveau Vintage and ChG Midtown Magic.

I love it in the bottle...its the perfect candy red shade, but the wear on me was horrible and it stained. I'm really looking forward to wearing Zoya Posh...I have been wanting this color after seeing it on many blogs and finally got it during their last promo.

I can't say I really have a favorite from this family. I'm looking forward to wearing Essie Marshmallow as a full mani, as well as Orly Rock Solid. I'm not the biggest fan of silver polishes so I don't have many of them.

I've accumulated a lot and I promised myself that I wont have more polish than what my Melmer can hold...we'll see how that goes. I recently acquired Nubar Reclaim, so that polish is missing from the green wheels but I'll be wearing it soon. I didn't realize how many Zoya greens I had until I started to list them out. My absolute favorite is Zoya Gemma...there is just something about that polish that makes me so happy. My favorites in the turquoise/teal family are ChG Turned Up Turquoise and Cult Nails Let Me Fly. Doing these stash photos have really helped me slow down in the purchase area...which is definitely great for my wallet. It also helps that I haven't gone crazy over a lot of the new collections. All that's left is browns/nudes, reds, and blacks/grays. I may combine those into one post since I don't have a lot in those families. Whew...that's a lot of purple! Its really hard to name my favorites because I love them all. I really, really like Zoya Charisma, Zoya Caitlin, OPI Grape...Set...Match and Barielle Welcome OHM. There are a couple that are way too similar, but the two that stick out the most are Charisma and Sinful Colors Dream On. Who knew these were total dupes?!? I just realized that I didn't swatch any of the fall Cult Nails polishes onto wheels, so Enigmatic is missing but I've blogged about that one as well. My Yellow Stash

Hey dolls, today I'm showing you my yellow stash. Yellow is actually my favorite color so I'm surprised I don't have more yellow polishes. I adore the yellow trench dress shown in the inspiration board and the purse is straight from the runways of NY Fashion Week. A good yellow polish is just so hard to come by when you have to deal with icky formulas. I really want to add Butter London Cheeky Chops, Zoya Pippa, and a-England Holy Grail to my stash. My favorite yellows are Zoya Creamy and Julep Stella. Its amazing how putting all of these colors side by side pull out all of the undertones. Some look way more orange compared to others and Trendsetter looks extremely dark. I'm looking forward to wearing Trendsetter though.I recently swapped Unicorn with a polish friend because its so close to Yellow Kitty. My favorite oranges are Essie Braziliant and Zoya Tanzy. I'm most looking forward to wearing Finger Paints Cordur-Orange. It's a gorgeous fall orange. I've loved all the swatches I've seen for it so far, so I'll probably wear it next week.  As usual, let me know if you'd like to see any of these colors that haven't been blogged about previously. Pink Wednesday ~ My Pink Stash

Hey dolls, its been an extremely busy week. I'm one of the matrons of honor in a friend's wedding this weekend and things have been busy preparing for that. Luckily she's letting us wear purple polish, so I'll be sure to share some pics of my wedding nails. I'm also trying to finish writing my dissertation prospectus, so not much time left for nails. I've been planning to show you all my stash and there's no time like the present to get started. Pink Wednesday is the perfect day to of course show all of my pinks.

I swatch on nail wheels by color because that is how my melmer is organized and it allows dupes to be recognized easily. As you can see, Sinful Colors Forget Now is scratched through. It looked similar to Zoya Gilda and ChG 108 Degrees so I swapped it.
